Shipments of your package
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment
and are shipped by Poste Italiane, the methods can be chosen between Standard, Express with tracking and Ordinary without tracking.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage.
The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile objects. The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
NB: the supplement has been added for the regions of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia

Delivery is made approximately within 4 working days following collection in most Italian locations.
Poste Italiane EXPRESS
1. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is made approximately in 1/2 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
Poste Italiane STANDARD/EXPRESS
It is possible to make shipments throughout the national territory with the exception of Livigno - Trepalle, Campione d'Italia, San Marino and the Vatican City.
Delivery times vary according to the place of departure and arrival of the shipment. Delivery times can be checked in the appropriate section of the website www.poste.it and/or through customer assistance.
2. METHOD OF DELIVERY
Delivery is made, at the request of the Customer, to:
• the domicile of the addressee
• to a Post Office (except for long and/or large products)
• a PuntoPoste network (Collect point, Locker) (except for long and/or large products)
The shipment delivered to your home requires two delivery attempts.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, he will be able to independently choose where and how to be found. How it works: in the event of absence on the first home delivery attempt, the recipient receives a notification via sms/email with a link through which he can customize the redelivery, choosing between:
- Delivery to the same address
- Delivery to a new address
- Delivery to a nearby point (post office - PuntoPoste network)
If the recipient is also absent on the second home delivery attempt, the employee will leave a notice with the references of the post office or Operations Center where the shipment is in storage. The storage lasts 7 working days and is free.
It is also possible to collect shipments from the post office on Saturdays, during post office opening hours.
2-2. Home delivery
In the case of home delivery, make two delivery attempts on working days from Monday to Friday.
Home delivery is made to the recipient or authorized person (nucleus member, cohabitant, family collaborator, doorman, as well as person in charge of mail distribution in the building).
The signature for acceptance of the recipient is expected.
2-3. Delivery to the Post Office
The list of authorized Post Offices is available on the website www.poste.it.
The duration of storage is 7 working days starting from the day following the arrival of the shipment at the Post Office. The recipient will be notified via SMS and/or email by Poste of the arrival of the shipment at the Post Office.
2-4. Delivery to a Puntoposte / Puntoposte Locker
Shipments sent to Puntoposte cannot exceed 36x37x56cm. The list of Puntoposte is available on the website www.poste.it.
3. MANAGEMENT OF NON-DELIVERIES
Absent recipient:
At the outcome of the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, due to the recipient's absence, a notification will be sent to the recipient via text message/email (in the absence of the necessary contact details, the non-delivery notice will be left with the same information). He will have the opportunity to exercise the release option by 12.00 pm by selecting the link provided in the notification. In the case study in which the customer does not exercise the release option within the time indicated, the second delivery attempt will take place automatically on the working day following the first attempt.
The release methods available are as follows:
• redelivery same address or new delivery address;
• delivery to Post offce (only for shipments of compatible weight and format);
• Puntoposte (only for shipments of compatible weight and format);
• Puntoposte Locker (only for shipments of compatible weight and format)
4. STOCK: the stock at post offices or authorized operations centers is 7 working days including Saturdays from the date shown on the notice of stock.
5. TRACKING AND MONITORING
The recipient can check the status of shipments online using the "Search Shipments" service on the website www.poste.it
6. SUPPLEMENT
The supplement has been added for the regions of Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia.
In addition, the supplement will also be added to the ZIP code/disadvantaged localities and ZIP codes/peripheral localities. Since it is not calculated automatically, you will be contacted when ordering.
6-2. ADDITIONAL PAYMENT Time definite

Time defined Ore9, Ore10, Ore12, to give recipients the convenience of receiving a shipment early in the morning, between 8:00 and 9:00 or by 10:00 or 12:00 on the working day following collection in locations covered by the service. The Time Definite are accessories with a delivery guarantee: thanks to the satisfied or refunded formula, in the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the customer is reimbursed for the cost of the accessory.

6-3. ADDITIONAL PAYMENT DELIVERY SERVICES
Delivery to floor €3.1
to allow recipients to receive the shipment directly at the house floor and not at street level
6-4.Delivery to Neighbor
Allows you to indicate an alternative delivery contact for the recipient of the shipment. In the absence of the recipient, the assistant will attempt to deliver the shipment to the neighbor, at the same address as the recipient.

To arrange an appointment with the recipient (day and time slot) for the delivery of the shipment
7. OPTION "SCEGLI TU"
Receive an e-mail notification with the status of the shipment, the expected delivery date and a link to customize it "on the go" based on your time and place needs.
-CHANGE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS
By clicking on the link, the recipient lands on the service page, where he can choose one of the customization options enabled by the sender: Delivery on another date, Delivery to another address, Delivery to a neighbour, Collection at the post office, PuntoPoste or Locker, Local delivery safe and Stock for holidays. The service is free.
-Evening Delivery, for recipients who prefer delivery of the shipment in the evening, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 18:30 to 21:00, in the locations covered by the service
Delivery at a defined day-time, to set in advance the precise date and time slot (morning or afternoon) for delivery. You can choose between two options: Scheduled delivery, to schedule the day (e.g. Monday-Wednesday), the time slot (morning or afternoon) and any two-hour time window (e.g. 9:00 -11:00) of delivery; Delivery on fixed day, which allows you to establish the exact day and time slot in which the delivery must be made (e.g. 01/12/2020 morning time slot: 9:00 - 13:00)
CASH ON DELIVERY
The package is sent via Poste Italiane Standard, with the accessory cash on delivery.
Delivery is made approximately within 4 working days following collection in most Italian locations.
Ancillary service which provides for the payment of the contents of the shipment by the recipient upon delivery. The maximum amount is 2,999.99 euros per shipment.
REGISTERED MAIL
The pack are shipped by post without tracking.
The purchase of the products with the thickness less than 5cm can be accepted.
The package is shipped in a padded envelope, we cannot accept gift wrapping for this shipping method.
In the case of loss, La Zacca assumes no responsibility.

The indicative delivery times are:
- for Europe: 3 working days, after the collection day (for some postcodes in Norway and Portugal 3-5 days after the collection day)
- for the rest of the world: 3-5 working days, in addition to the collection day
Holidays and Saturdays are not counted in the delivery times.

Delivery attempts and storage
One or two delivery attempts are expected depending on the country of destination. In the event of the recipient's absence, a notice of non-delivery is left on which the date and time of the delivery attempt, the Foreign Post Office or Foreign Branch where the shipment is stored and the deadline for storage are indicated. The recipient may exercise the release option according to the indications provided in the notification. the shipment is kept in storage by the postal operator of the country of destination generally for 15 days, including Saturdays and holidays.
Poste Italiane REGISTERED MAIL
To ship small goods, to save shipping cost, we can send by Registered Air Mail.
The envelope itself must be less than 5cm thick with a padded envelope.
International Registered Mail allows you to send correspondence and small objects weighing up to 2 kg worldwide with tracking. Delivery will be made exclusively to the recipient or to a delegated person.
Poste Italiane cannot establish a quality objective for abroad, given the diversification of existing objectives from country to country.
